Please Suggest as to which day will be appropriate for organizing an Alumni Meet , depending according to your Free time and How should we go around doing it.
You can suggest any of the coming months and accordingly a meet can be planned
Your Participation in this Descision is very nessecary for deciding the Alumni Meet , because if you are not able to come , its no use doing any of this.

the date decided is not appropriate, becoz the persons doing job in companies would be unable to take the leaves for 5 or 6 more days becoz of alumni meet (9 oct -14 oct) as diwali vacation will be from 15 oct -19 oct.most appropriate date according to me will be any of 13/14/15 (engg's day) oct.
september will be good.

What according to me is that the date does not matters at all......as it depends on the situation, weather one can come out of busy office schedule or not he or she will get leave or not.......So, its up to you....so decide a convenient one.....may be in DEC- JAN so that every one can plan accordingle...

hey all, its a great chance to be a part of the alumini meet... i m quite busy with my work and will be getting chance to be in jaipur b/w 6th to 8th of Sept 09' bt not other than it, so if possible, dear friends make ur arrangements for the same (just a suggestion). Regards!
14th sept. wud be suitable date becoz it belongs to engineers ...it belongs to US.....on this day we shall reunite ....

14th Sept was the day when our seniors organised a party and our batch(2008) enjoyed alot and tht was the first and last party which all of our batch ever enjoyed. So I think this is the right date so tht we can again meet with the seniors, batchmates and can cellebrate Engineers days in the same manner what we had in 2004
This is the right opportunity for us to enjoy one more day just like our college days.

i thnk tht 1th sept will be the best suited day........nice n warm weather.....nd the day is also special.......engg. day.....14th sept........
My suggestion is
1. During Rudrika/Jigyasa (This time is planned from College management 2 years back, I think this is the best suited time)
2. Between 24 Dec- 1st Jan (Every Alumni can reach on this time but university Exams may clash so no interaction with new juniors can happen)
2nd august - friendship day.

Hope you all are doing good.
In my pesrpective, the best date would be anywhere between 22nd Dec to 20 Jan. By choosing any date close to this time frame, we will give an opportunity to all the international students, work professional to participate and share their experience with the young blood of GIT.
Also, considering the weather conditions, we can arrange for an excursion of 1-2 days to nearby places or go for small reunion party in college itself.
