It was the summer of 2006, when the first batch of GIT walked out of the boundaries of the college into the corporate arena, a moment to be remembered and cherished for a lifetime by each and every member of the GIT family. Numerous semesters have passed by since the first batch moved out and each and every individual who crossed the boundary is still nostalgic about this place - a universe in itself called Global Institute of Technology. The reminiscence and subsequently derived enthusiasm triggered a thought of staying connected and which led to the evolution of a prudent thought of creating an everlasting Alumni Association - GITAA (Global Institute of Technology Alumni Association). GITAA will bring the entire GIT Family together to support the College in the realization of its vision and mission and to encourage an active involvement in the rich community life of GIT through social, intellectual and educational activities. Graduates, current and former staff and those who have enjoyed a close association with this institution would independently lay claim to a lifelong relationship under the roof of GITAA, while uniting to form a fellowship of knowledge.
